Abu Dhabi University's College of Law is a regional leader in legal education and offers a Bachelor of Law, a Master of Public Law, and a Master of Private Law, all of which are CAA and WASC-accredited. Our curriculum, primarily in Arabic with selected English courses, reflects our commitment to academic excellence and cultural diversity.

Abu Dhabi University’s College of Law is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following faculty positions:

• Assistant or Associate Professor of Islamic Law

1. Minimum Years of Experience Required/ Nature of Relevant Experience Required

Assistant Professor Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification in Islamic Law from an accredited institution.  

Associate Professor Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification in Islamic Law from an  accredited institution. Have demonstrated significant scholarly or creative accomplishments appropriate t his/her discipline. He/she should have had at least five years of full time teaching and research experience as assistant professor.  

Language Skills

• English is a must Arabic is a must

Special Skills and abilities

• Communication/Teaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
