- Your Order represents an offer to 香港六合彩资料库 to purchase 香港六合彩资料库 Membership and 香港六合彩资料库 is entitled to refuse any request placed by you. Your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership is valid for 12-months and begins on the date your Order is confirmed by 香港六合彩资料库 as being accepted. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided in the Order.
- Payments for your membership subscription are due within 30-days of the invoice date. If we have not received payment within five days after the date payment is due, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership and we shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of the benefits relating to 香港六合彩资料库 Membership while any payments remain unpaid.
- We offer different levels of 香港六合彩资料库 Membership and therefore you should check the particulars of the level ordered on the Websites, from time to time, which details the relevant 香港六合彩资料库 Membership benefits.
- Your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership will be automatically renewed, unless you cancel giving at least 14-days written notice before the renewal date – we will notify you of your upcoming 香港六合彩资料库 Membership renewal 30-days prior to it being due.
- All 香港六合彩资料库 Membership benefits provided by 香港六合彩资料库, including logos, curated content, white papers etc (“ 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content”) will be communicated to you via email to your elected contact email address or email addresses specified in your order– it is your responsibility to ensure that contact details are up to date.
- Any recruitment solutions included as part of your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership must be used within your 12-month membership period, and they cannot be rolled over into subsequent years.
- Although we will endeavour to provide you with reminders, it is your responsibility to use 香港六合彩资料库 Membership benefits within the period of your Membership.
- In these Additional Terms "Intellectual Property" means copyrights, database rights, design rights, rights affording equivalent protection to copyright, database rights and design rights, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, business names, trade names, moral rights, rights in the nature of unfair competition rights and rights to sue for passing off, and all registrations or applications to register any of the aforesaid items (including continuations, continuations in part and divisional applications) and rights in the nature of or having equivalent or similar effect to any of the aforesaid items in any country or jurisdiction.

You agree that you have no rights in or to the 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content. other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of 香港六合彩资料库 Membership. 香港六合彩资料库 grants to you a non-exclusive licence ( which is not capable of sub-licence) to use the logos and images and social media assets provided by 香港六合彩资料库 as part of 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content solely in the format provided for your own marketing purposes but you shall not modify ( including altering any dates referred to in 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content), adapt, or create derivative works from, 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content (in whole or part) and/or incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
- You may not share any content or 香港六合彩资料库 Membership entitlements with any individuals outside of your institution (sharing internally is permitted).
- Curated content, white papers and workshops included as part of 香港六合彩资料库 Membership are often aligned to key rankings releases, and therefore, may change from year to year – we will supply you with an anticipated release calendar for the current calendar year.
- The 香港六合彩资料库 Membership benefit of 25% off World Summit Series tickets applies to one individual at your institution.
- Provided your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership is current, rankings logos and social media assets will be sent to you within 2 business days of the official rankings release, together with the rankings release notification.
- For Members who join within 1-week of a rankings release, your rankings logos and social media assets will be sent within 2 business days of processing your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership.
- Priority support will be facilitated through 香港六合彩资料库’s dedicated Customer Success team.
- Although exclusive Member workshops will be conducted in various time zones for convenience, they will not be repeated for Members who cannot make the designated session. However, the full recording will be made available to Members immediately after the session.
- Although you may cancel your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership at any time, you will not receive a refund of your 香港六合彩资料库 Membership fee.
- 香港六合彩资料库 Membership fee cannot be reduced or refunded if an existing or similar product or service already exists (for example, an Enhanced Course).
- Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for any other 香港六合彩资料库 products or services.
- Save to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or restricted by law, 香港六合彩资料库 will not be liable in any circumstance for any loss or damage a Member may incur in connection with in their use of any of the 香港六合彩资料库 Membership benefits including the 香港六合彩资料库 Provided Content.
- These terms and conditions and any disputes in respect of them or the operation of the 香港六合彩资料库 Membership are governed by English law and Members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any disputes although 香港六合彩资料库 may enforce any judgment of such courts in the courts in any other jurisdiction in which you are located.
